La-Z-Boy 85th Anniversary Sweepstakes ~ 9/7/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ("Midnight") Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 31, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on September 7, 2012. (NOTE: End date has been extended)

Only open and offered to legal residents of 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (Void in Quebec) who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.

Potential winners will be randomly selected from among all combined eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about September 5, 2012. Winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or certified mail on or about September 5, 2012. Upon notification, winner will have the option to provide the name of a friend with whom they might offer an additional prize (the "Friend").

One (1) Grand Prize: $1,000.00 for the winner, and $1,000.00 for the winner's Friend. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $2,000.

One (1) First Prize: $750.00 for the winner, and $750.00 for the winner's Friend. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $1,500.

One (1) Second Prize: $500.00 for the winner, and $500.00 for the winner's Friend. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $1,000.

All prize values are expressed in U.S. dollars. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,500.
