I will say I had one of these once or twice, and thought it was good. My brother thought it was nasty..It is not very filing though. I usually eat some sort of Nature Valley bars...I like the oats and honey one, two bars are 190 calories. More filling, with only 10 more calories, and less fat than the kind bars. Just my 2 cents.
