Yep, this only works if you bought it between 6/5 and 7/17. Here's the response I got:

Yeah I got the same response, Its BS and I'm sure it's just because they ran out of codes as stated earlier in this thread.

If you look on the bottom of the Ubisoft redemption page it says the offer is valid from JUN-14-2012 to APR-30-2013

You can probably try emailing them that and see if they will actually honor it, I personally didn't care about the game or any of the other options esp when they don't activate on steam so I doubt I will bother trying but good luck.

I got a response from they saying I do not qualify since I did not purchase through 6/5 - 7/17

I think the game download code is valid until April 30, 2013. The promotion clearly said "available while supplies last" -- since the code was physically being stuffed into boxes.

After speaking to a rep at their 800# these dates are confirmed. Anyone who got their code for a purchase after 7-17 got lucky.

What do they need for a receipt? A scanned copy of the receipt that came in the box from my amazon order or the emailed order confirmation? Thanks

I think I got lucky. :-)

They sent me an email saying, blah blah, here's your code...

...and then a few minutes later, the generic 'sorry, you don't qualify for this' email.

very lame limitations idk why this is in 'hot deals' when it clearly isn't being so limited to only those who bought before the 17 (me) and only if with kit (all 5 ppl)nice marketer gimick tho but yea maybe move to free stuff?
