There was this guy who was working on a pole (nohomo) who didn't believe that I did not watch tv and then thbought it was cause I didn't have cable so he hooked it up to my neighbors line. Isn't that a sd. Maybe fp wothy

Thanks for all the inputs. I call back the customer service and they confirm that customer service lie to me. She set me up with 20$ MORE on what we are paying right now.

The customer service then would be able to change my Internet service down to the "basic" one with 3 Mbps down stream for $19.99, which what I want it.

That what I was seeking for many months. Many times I tried to call their custome service, Time Warner just keep refusing to reduce my Internet access monthly cost by reduce the down stream speed.

It's unfortunate but we have very bad ISP competition in DFW area. After kicking ComCast down to Houston, there are only 2 big players there Time Warner Cable & Verizon Fios. They never provide any promotion for the Internet only. And their Internet plan only is going from 39.99 and up.

Time Warner Basic is $19.99 everywhere - not a slick deal. not a deal at all. just retail price...
