good price but consider spending just a bit more for a 7200 rpm. I did about a month ago and notice quite a bit faster speed out of an old duo core laptop.

Don't buy this hard drive
I have this hard drive in my Samsung laptop. I started getting BSODs within 6 months and I found out that it's because of the hard drive. Changed the AMD SATA driver to Microsoft AHCI driver. It worked for a while but, I got a black screen issue and I had to reinstall Windows. So far, I have 3 bad sectors and there are a few unstable sectors too. It gets really hot and the temperature goes above 50 deg celsius without a cooling pad. I have changed the SATA mode to IDE and the AAM, APM to 128 to see if it would help or not.
