Call me crazy; but in looking at the tmobile prepaid phones, I only see 3 4G phones. All of those models are gingerbread. 4G on boost is $225 after the promo code and it is running ICS. $225 for a phone not being subsidized by monthly service sounds awesome, especially considering a lot of us boost customers only pay $35 or $40 a month for service.

I recently had a discussion with somebody who lost their iPhone and refused to buy another. Her logic was not if she could afford it, but that she would not carry something around with her that she spent $600 dollars on. I tried to explain that the value of the phone remained the same regardless if she paid out of pocket or in monthly installments (contract). Somehow the $100 a month she was pissing away in service didn't matter

I got the Exhibit II 4G for $130, upgraded the ROM to ICS, and pay $30 per month for unlimited data and text with T-Mobile. No contract.
