Use coupon code 10P50 ( I'm not sure how long this promotion lasts)

This post is not intended for everyone, but rather current smokers or current electronic cigarette users. Vapage.com is an online retailer of electronic cigarettes and their product the VMOD XL is one of the best devices you can buy (google it or head to the electronic cigarette forum and read some reviews ). If you have tried using an e-cig in the past and wrote them off (maybe you bought it from a gas station or a mall kiosk) these are in a completely different league and are really awesome. Me and my girlfriend currently use this and have been smoke free for about 2 years. This is a one time use code so if you plan on ordering extras this would be the best time ( stock up on some extra atomizers ). If you are a current smoker and have no idea what I'm talking about please feel free to ask me anything you'd like and I can give you advice! I am obviously a huge advocate for electronic cigarettes and using them really is a life changing experience.

Eh, it's just a rebranded joye ego. Can probably be found cheaper elsewhere. After you vape long enough you dont care how it looks, you care about how it works. Going from a cheapie ecig to the VmodXL would be like night and day for your mom.
I got her a cheap Victory brand e-cig that was on a deal site a few weeks back. She likes it.

Do you have any recommendations for a place to get some juice/liquid without nicotine?

Pretty much all sites offer that. Off the top of my head there's litecigusa.net, mikeusa.com, gotvapes.com, goodprophets.com.

Okay. Thanks. Going on vacation on Sunday so I'm watching my spending but might pull the trigger.

Nice comes at the perfect time then. My friend gave me his old one, has a devil on it, it was nice. I stopped using it though and just a couple of days ago I recharged it and now it has kind of a burnt taste to it. I'm guessing it's the atomizer

So liquid isn't that great of a deal from here, I paid 12 bucks at a local smoke shop last week.
Burnt means refill the liquid or swap in a new atomizer. When the atomizer goes, you will taste more burnt flavor and get less and less vape until it outright dies. Expect 2 weeks out of one.

I think I'm going to go with the XL. $50 is really a good deal for a kit no matter the type, and those batteries around only $10 to replace.

I buy from here: http://www.ecigexpress.com/ Honest, courteous staff (I am a walk-in). Lots of brands and flavors. Always specials going on. The Blubacco flavor got me started.

For a starter kit, this is mine: http://www.hoosierecig.com/KGO-ki..._p_10.html

The Kgos work with ego/510 (pretty much industry standard) threading. Comes with the atomizer (which will last probably 2 weeks), and 5 carts of Desert Ship (Camel). Also, a charging head and usb charger.

The 1100 battery lasts me all day, so I charge it at night and I'm good to go.

Definitely read up on http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com like the other poster said. And Youtube has a lot of videos with comparisions of vapes, etc.

Welcome to the club. I am enjoying ecigs so much. I mix my own from recipes on ecig express: http://www.ecigexpress.com/cookbo...tents.html or you can buy pre-mixed.

I suffer excruciating pain from nerve damage a tumor left me with. I have pretty bad anxiety over the pain so vaping helps calm me. Furthermore, I can just do it from bed and my room smells sweet, not like an ashtray.
The atomizers for 9 bucks isn't a must buy right?

Yeah that's what I figured. Those aren't just regular AA batteries?

So once I get the VMOD XL Premium Kit, all I need is to replace the juice and the atomizer periodically? What about the cartomizer? I am new to e-cig and hoping someone can clarify.

Ok... so i never post but ive been really into ecigs lately, and this is not much of a deal... Not trying to hate, most of the stuff is double the price. Search around the web, use vapeatron or ecigforum.

You have to type the code in rather than cut and pasting it. Picked one up for my gf, thanks OP....

That's what I figured, after searching I saw the same. Is the kit at least decent?

Atomizers and cartomizers are what heats up the liquid to the point of it being vapor and inhalibile. Atomizers are meant for dripping juice on directly, or as with the VMOD XL feeding into it through the included bottle thats part of the device. Cartomizers are basically atomizers with a type of fiber filling around the edges thats holds a small to large amount of juice and from there feeds the atomizer. The advantage of an atomizer is better taste. The advantage of a cartomizer is having to refill less. However, with this type of ecig you don't have to fill anything. The bottle is IN the device. So atomizers are the way to go, at least with this unit. I know this is a lot of info to take in!

So the VMOD XL kit has both the atomizer & the cartomizer and I can choose to use either one? Confused
