By the time Rocky's Etch-a-Sketch actually arrived at the factory, his notes were impossible to read and the blend got botched. After a magnanimous 500,000 cigars were painstakingly hand-rolled and slowly-aged, Rocky decided to abort the project because he wasn't 100% satisfied with the blend.
