*sigh* this deal got me excited until I realized you can't use half the codes with half the machines. It'd be a really sweet deal if it worked on the $800 T series but sadly it does not. After reading up on reviews of the T series it sounds pretty mediocre anyway so it doesn't really seem to be worth it to get the $1000 model-the screen is apparently terrible for this class.
Guess I'll save up for an ASUS or a Macbook Air.
I'm in the business of IT, I'm an advid slick Dealer and I LOVE my (2) PS3s.
I can't see how buying a Lap top for 1k is a deal. Maybe that's cause I know how to managed my budget units..maybe I'm missing something..but WOW this is totally a Thumbs down for me. I WILL say i'm not a "student" and that may have something to do with it I suppose.
Good luck with that folks
many students don't pay for their laptop. their parents did
So I remembered before Sony update the site (before July 14) the education store had a 5% discount on all laptops and you can get all the free stuff (PS3, VITA, etc.). Now that they offered a rebate, is the rebate suppose to be replace that 5% or what? Only if I can stack codes on the S13 Premium or any laptop (at least the 5% one) I wouldn't be posting now.
