I bought Trend Micro, and after reading upgrade rebate term Part (b) I got confused, do I need to send actual CD or copy of CD would work, I have norton. I asked Customer Rep but they said they are not able to pull this promotion so cannot say anything about it.

Photocopy of the program cd should be sufficient.

can the TM be pre submitted at the rebatesHQ. I tried to look up the rebate offer number but found nothing!

Generally, Trend Micro rebates can be pre-submitted at www.rebateshq.com. It appears this time that either the rebates will not be pre-submittable or rebateshq has not put up the rebate forms up yet.

So either mail in now without pre-submitting or give rebateshq more time to make the forms available if ever.

I have never done a upgrade rebate before for TM. For Kas, they take the copy of UPC bar code. Here they need the flap where it says proof of purchase, but I'm not sure I follow them correctly. They say top flap cut out from the bottom. Does this basically mean the entire face (which the flap is part of) from bottom to top?
