I opened my account and used my debit card to load $25 and the $25 credit went in almost instantly.

This is the first offer I've ever posted, so sorry if my formatting is bad. I will fix what I need to fix, just let me know

Also, it's only available to NEW customers of Serve. There are no monthly/annual fees. there is no credit check.

Amex will send you a card within 2 weeks so you can spend the money.

Added $25 through debit card and received the bonus $25 immediately. Can't I just withdraw the entire 50$ to a linked bank account? I don't why every one keeps talking about verizon?

There is nothing in the Offer T&C that suggests a Verizon account is required.

For those interested:

Serve is also waiving the fee to add money to your Serve account from a credit card or debit card until March 15, 2013. Please note that your credit card company may charge you a cash advance fee for loading money from your credit card. Please check with your credit card issuer for details.

After March 15, 2013 there will be fees for adding money from a debit or credit card. You can see the fees in Section 10 of the Serve Consumer User Agreement: Schedule of Services and Charges
.
