prob the only benefit i'd say is a US seller with warranty that squaretrade will warranty
and the stand is adjustable height one

Squaretrade does provide warrany for ebay products. I and many others at OCN have gotten squaretrade warranty for the korean monitors.

The Catleap is far superior. When i can, I'll be ordering another one.

I like the stand on this model more than Micro Centers as it can rotate to the portrait angle.

fwiw, my local microcenter (in Virginia) had a bunch of the Auria 27's 2560x1440 (it looked like at least 10+) this saturday.

I almost bought one, but am still investigating. My microcenter had the demo model, but it was hooked up to a computer with a video card that could only put out 1680 x 1050 or thereabouts. That cost them a possible immediate sale.

From my research, the microcenter is not using HDMI 1.4 and display port 1.2... The Nixeus Vue is using these newer HDMI 1.4 and Display Port 1.2 inputs. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Mine arrived in the US in a few days but was stuck in customs for a month. I'm also forced to use a power converter and I only have the one DVI port. I absolutely love it but there are definitely downsides (I also have a dead pixel but that can be avoided now with the right auctions). It looks like more than one budget 27" IPS display will be available domestically within the year which is great news for all.

Are these 8-bit panels?
