I just called the customer service line at loccitane.com, and they said that they are starting to send out the emails today.

They shouldn't have said wait 2 hours if they were going to wait for more than 2 DAYS before they started to send out the emails. Smh...still hope I get it.

I'm going to call tomorrow again to see what's going on.

Still nothing here. Does anyone know what email they sent it to? My facebook has 3 different emails attached to it and it hasn't come to any of them. Just curious which one I should be looking out for it.
