It looks like it's coming from an ad network- we just blocked what appears to be the offending domain and have been told that the Google team is working on the problem as well.

Confirmed again. When clicking details all chrome gives me is "cm.netseer.com" as the culprit that is causing the page to be blocked.

It's a "non-issue" except for the fact that Chrome is blocking me from getting to a lot of SD pages. Took me a few tries just to post this
