Malware alert from cmi.netseer.***
Receiving a malware alert on chrome randomly when entering slickdeals.net. Have received it 3 times so far today.Attached screenshot.

Free Malware infection from SlickDeals?
Got this message from Google Chrome this am when I visited slickdeals.net, in the last 5+ years of using this site, I have never seen this message before! See attachment pic.Anyone else get this offer of free Malware from Slickdeals?

I get that periodically, I think it's from some of the ads running in the banner. Not a hot deal, should be in the lounge?

Got a very similar pop-up when I tried looking at a CAG thread this morning, and I rarely ever get those. Weird.

I was browsing the toyota forums today and got the same message including another site. See if there's an update for Chrome and download it

I have gotten those warnings on SD from time to time. Like others have said, I attribute it to the ads.

It's an advertisement network that is having problems, not SD itself. It's probably a false positive (Usually these things are).
Vague questions receive vague answers . . . . . .

Same for me got the warning today:
