For Simon Visa Giftcards purchased after 8/9/10 at a Simon Mall or after 8/18/10 on-line, an inactivity fee of $2.95 will be deducted from your card balance each month if there has been no activity on your account for the preceding 12 consecutive months. If there is a balance remaining, cards can be replaced prior to the expiration date by calling Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-300-9401 for a new card. No fee applies.

For Simon Visa Giftcards purchased between 9/01/05 and 8/09/10 (8/18/10 online), a monthly administrative fee of either $2.50 or $2.95 (please refer to the back of the card or the card’s terms and conditions) will be deducted from your balance beginning in the thirteenth month from the month of card purchase.
