Overall I think this is the better deal, especially if sapphire is important to you. The watch doesn't look that bad, and it's smaller than the gigantor Bulova in the other deal (42mm vs 44mm).

Not to TC, why buy a watch when you have your cell phone?

Ah, you caught it!! Good for you. I actually meant to go back and edit it. I was too busy checking out =) I do however tend to think Swiss is better made but didn't realize the other was Japanese quartz which is probably just as good. I'm only speaking out of what little I know about Japanese being related to Seiko/Citizen. Please would love to hear all the details about the Swiss vs Japanese differences. I dont have time to search right now and it would benefit everyone from having to do so.

Only reasons I didn't like the other deal are the looks/swiss name over regular quartz/looks cleaner/size/color. I really am excited. I was looking at pics mainly but details in timekeeping are interesting but probably not a difference as I mistakenly mentioned.

Not really my style watch, but not bad. This most likely has an ETA G10.211, a pretty cheap quartz chronograph movement.
