Probably. As long as you have the option to request a cancellation, I see why not. The only problem is that the seller has to response to the request, and it seems we haven't heard one word from them. I'll wait 1 or 2 more days, if nothing change, I'm calling Amazon. They can't charge you until they confirm a shipment and that's not likely to happen. Hell, I don't even think the seller even listed on amazon anymore. All their products I bookmark are no longer listed. If I were you guys, I wouldn't idle long for something to change, this kind of thing won't be resolving itself unless you contact the seller or Amazon about this.

Well my orders still say "Shipping soon", but I noticed the charges disappeared on my card today.

Honestly, go ahead and tie up $500 of ONE of my $12,000 credit limit cards If it means possibly getting the items I am all in. Whatever they send me, if the product doesn't match what I ordered they are paying for me to ship it back or I am keeping it. Simple as that. I have had that happen before with one of these. Kept a bunch of stuff that I didn't order because it would be more expensive for them to pay to ship it all back.

What do you mean they paid you to ship it back? Did you mean that the seller needed to provide you the pre-paid label?

In that situation they sent the wrong item and THEY didn't want to pay for the return shipping so they just let me keep it. Well technically they didn't LET me keep it as I think under the law if an unsolicited product is sent to you there is no obligation to return it but the FTC link that used to say this is no longer active so I can't confirm. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pu.../wrong.htm
