Westinghouse - 46" Class / LED / 1080p / 120Hz / HDTV - Good deal at ~$450?

There's an open box unit at my local best buy for $449 and I can split payment on 2 AMEX cards for an extra $40 off ($20 off $200 at BB w/ amex sync right now) for a grand total of $457 after sales tax and $10 CA recycling fee.
Anyone have any experience with this particular set? Specs look good.. 1080p, LED, 120hz, 1.5" thick, slim bezel, looks a lot like the Samsung UN46D6400/6500 from last year actually.
So, is this a good deal? Should I get it or spend a little more for a better brand? Anyone know who makes Westinghouse LED panels?
If anyone can share their personal experience with this or similar Westinghouse LEDs, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!
