Daytona During Biketoberfest and Hotel help 10/18-10/21 2012
I've been trying to snag a room via priceline and after a few tries I'm up to 120 per night with no luck on a 3* or higher. I've read about getting a 3.5* in the area for 50 but it wasn't during biketoberfest. It appears that all the rates have skyrocketed.
I was hoping to score a room at the Hilton since it's right at Main Street but no luck yet.
If I get a hotel further away from Main ST. is the public transportation reliable to get around? (The Trolley system or the buses).
Any tips or suggestions? My wife has family and I have friends about an hour away from Daytona but I didn't really want to waste the time commuting each day.
