Sony Vaio S Series Laptop $760 AR and CB. Good Deal?

I tried posting in a different part of the forums but hadn't received a response, and my tax free holiday ends today. Does this seem like a slickish price to pay for the following machine?

Price comes to $1120, but only about $763 after $150 Visa giftcard rebate, 5% cb from sdiscover, and estimated selling of PS VITA @ $150 (hopefully higher, though). Free Shipping and no tax because due to tax holiday in TN.

And any thoughts about selling the PS VITA over the PS 3? Would the WiFi only VITA fetch close to $200 by anyone's estimation?

To compensate for the lack luster display, Sony imbued this version with NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE and an Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics chip.
