Why oh why would anyone buy something this silly? A 92" TV will look horrible and out of place in any room other than a theater room. That said, a projector is a better fit for a theater room and at less than half the price the winner is clear.

Yeah really, if you something this big and are willing to spend 3k, why not just get a nice projector and screen?

Projectors are a lot more work than an all inclusive TV. Mounting, drilling, external amp and speakers, source cables to the projector, etc.

I don't know how good of a deal this is though, I usually see the 73 inch ~900 for "deals" (sans black friday) and the 82 inch recently for 1600-1700 something. 10 inches isn't worth 1300 dollars unless you're in porn.

Dell will have this for under $2k by the end of the year. Thats the time to buy especially with their white glove delivery.

10" is worth it for me...

Ok I have a pioneer krp-500m (arguable one of the finests, if not THE finest tv ever made) and went to a friends place with a ~75" mitsubishi projector- certainly not super high quality but there is something to be said for LARGE

Don't forget light control. Hard to watch a projected image in a room with the windows uncovered. I started with a projector in my bonus room but hated having to close the shades during the day just to watch TV so I got a 73". I would love a 92", but not for that much. A projector is great, just make sure it's right for you.

Isn't a 92" tv at 1080p going to have HUGE pixels?

Also, is the screen on this tv highly reflective and annoyingly shiny?

After watching porn on my 62" TV I've found there are things that shouldnd't be seen that big.vomit

I have the 82 inch and love it. I have a cut out in my living room (built for an old CRT) but the back of the 82 inch fits perfectly and it almost looks like a flat screen.

I will probably jump on a 92 Lazerview someday.
