It looks like coupon needs to be linked to your account in order to be valid. In most part of the cases it means you have to be either in their email list and/or recently purchase something from them. So technically speaking YMMV.

Reason: added info about YMMV
Found this in my inbox and was going to post until it popped up in my alerts. I've been waiting to jump on an LR4 retail deal (no longer a student so no student & teacher version for me). Great price for great software.
Also, for those considering this deal, LR4 is known for tremendous slowdowns in performance[photoshop.com] with some systems. Never experienced anything like it before [been a LR user since it launched] and this thread has some workarounds for this issue.
LR4 basically grinds to a halt and functionality becomes excruciatingly slow; zooming, any of the sliders, moving to the next photo, it feels like you're trying to edit on an Atom based laptop, all while using a blazing fast computer: 2600K@4.6GHz, 16GB 1600 ram, 2 Crucial C300 SSDs [OS+apps and scratch disk for images and library].
