Same here... should I send back the Panasonic and get this Vizio... am leaning towards keeping the Panasonic... mainly due to using $300 in Discover cashback at Amazon...

Bought this tv brand new for $400 on eBay earlier this year, free shipping too, great starter tv especially for 3d.

I have the 47" version and my only gripe is that there is no built-in 2D to 3D conversion.

I actually bought this TV right after it came out because I had a LG TV fail on me. I have had zero issues with the TV, the 3D works great for me. Plus I can use the 3D glasses from the movie theater with the TV so I can have multiple friends watch 3D movies. My sister even bought one for her house recently.

This tv was this price on amazon until they pulled the tv due to customer complaints about some issue ... dont know what. This is not a deal. I'm sure it will be back on amazon later on ..
