I looked on my dashboard and there does not appear to be anything that fits this description, and I didn't get an email. But on the off chance I'm missing something, does anyone happen to know the survey number? Thanks!

You need to be a registered member of the survey company and the link to the survey is user specific. To join SurveyHead here is the link. They are a really slow payer. It can take up to 6 weeks to get credited with surveys and then about 4 weeks to get payment.

call 818-524-1218 this is united samplings which surveyhead is part of.
make a complaint with them and they will look into it.
they are suppose to get back to me. lets keep each other posted, ok
