This says it's the Y580 but when you put in the model number it comes up elsewhere as the Z580. Which one will this be? This is a sub par price for the latter.

The Y580 would be a really slick deal if it had the 1080p screen, but I really doubt it... probably comes with the 1366x768 one.

Think about how well the market is doing with the 1366 x768 resolution.

Some popular 4:3 displays (on IBM laptops) had almost the amount of pixels as 1080P displays have right now in 2012. The market seems to going backwards.

Some laptops sell well even though they have low resolutions screens ( MacBook Air and MacBook Pro standard models)

Spec says nothing about GTX660m, does it really come with it...? According to the reviews it does, but I kinda don't wanna risk it, just in case there's a different model.

It's really not that hard to change out a laptop screen yourself, I've done it. A high end 1920 x 1080 laptop screen runs 120 bucks, so it would still come in cheaper than buying the 1080p model anywhere else.
It's only 15.6 anyway, so it's not like you have much workspace 768 or 1080 either way, nor can a laptop gpu really push massive res on the newest games maxed out anyway, although the 660m gtx is a very respectable card.
You could always buy it, see if the screen is enough for you, if not, you buy 1080 on ebay for 120, switch it out, and sell your 768 screen for like 60 bucks = 60 bucks more cost
