Your insurance company sucks. They should be helping you. Follow this up to the top levels of your company. Call the insurance commission if they will not help you and lodge a complaint. This is why the fly-by-nights like esurance sound good when you are paying $100 less per year, but come claim time, people always wish they had gone with a real insurance company.

Op I would try finding a local number the toll free number is probably set up not to take calls from the United states but since you'll be paying for the international call you should be able to get through on a local number. Might want to call through Google voice or something to save a couple bucks on the international call. Best Slick Deals:
