Anyone know if this will fit in an Antec 900 (not 902)? I know it has problems with the screws lining up and/or not being long enough with most 2.5" to 3.5" brackets.

Not sure why anyone would put a 2.5 HD in a pc but it's been done. If you're using an SSD you don't really need this, double sided tape or zip ties can keep it out of sight. They don't have moving parts and don't generate a lot of heat so you can pretty much mount them anywhere. To each their own, I guess it would look cleaner than zip ties or ds tape if you have a drive bay that's free.

This is not intended for what you are looking for. What you need is a special adapter.. It's usually called a Caddy. Search on ebay or amazon (marketplace) or just google "HDD caddy"... depending on your model of MBP you may need a pata to sata adapter caddy or just a plain sata caddy. I replaced my optical drive with a second HDD a couple of years ago on my late 2006 MBP which had a PATA optical drive.... most newer (2007 and later) MBPs have a sata optical drive, so the hdd caddys for them are relatively cheaper.. albeit a bit more expensive than other fat caddys.
