Brew Over Ice Tumbler ~ New Offer

thx OP.. I got it to load and it congratulated me for completing my passport..
However.. I did receive the June offer

Is there a notice saying that you won once you've filled out the form? I did the June offer and got my tumbler but it just popped up in the mail. I didn't remember seeing any notice that I would be getting one.

If you claimed one before, you shouldn't be able to get one again. Instead of the button to get your tumbler like I see in my account, I saw "see the status of your tumbler", or something like that in my mom's account. After clicking on it, it says I redeemed my free tumbler on June 8th.

Yeah it took me a while to get to the actual app & now i'm stuck on the passport page. I was reading comments on the Brew Over Ice page and people had been trying for over FOUR HOURS before they finally got their tumbler.

My mom had asked me to try and get her one using her Facebook account & address. I manged to get past the mailing information and passport part now I'm just stuck on 'loading... thanks for waiting!' once I tried to claim the free tumbler. Hopefully I won't be stuck waiting too much longer for it to process.

I'm stuck at the loading, too.

I get to the app and then it won't let me click yes that I own a Keuriq. Had to use my actual fb account since last time I think I had the same problem on my freebie fb account and ended up clicking no and it registered that so now I'm excluded from this offer because of it.

Just push yes and do something else for a while. Usually it will go through in a few minutes thought it doesn't look like it's doing a thing. Good luck!

Thanks, I guess I just don't have the patience when I can't see that it's doing something. Waiting it out worked.
