Having it all in one place is definitely convenient, along with being able to see when miles/points expire. Again, YMMV as others likely have more memberships than I have. Upside is, when you enter it in this one time, you're good to go! |

I believe an informed consumer is the end goal, so I leave it up to the SDers to take a look at both UsingMiles and AwardWallet and then make that informed decision. |

If anyone can comment on this site's ability to track AAdvantage (American Airlines) points and Rapid Rewards (Southwest), I would appreciate it. Awardwallet is not allowed to track these.

I'm already a member. I tried going the facebook route, it notice that my FB email and my UM email are the same and blocked my registration. However, when I logged in, it shows me as a premium member now.

 Manual updating is something my parents would do. I have around 25 accounts (also includes the wife's) with mileage and points. Not only would updating balances and expirations of that many accounts be time consuming every month, I would have to remember the dates for each account when the statements close. Plus there is an app for that. Don't have all your account numbers memorized and at a hotel or airport that needs your number? Yes, again you could use a spreadsheet on your phone, but the conveniences outweigh the spreadsheet route. |
