hmm.. interesting. Food I can understand how they would just say "keep it." But this happened to me with a brand new computer accessory. Anyone else have something non-food that you may have been credited back for? Would be interesting to see if I there are specific "tagged" items that they don't ask back for. Slickdealin' is a way of life...

I requested a return for 2 canisters of Optimum Nutrition BCAA powder, as it is some of the most vile stuff I have ever tasted. One of the canisters was still sealed. The seller issued me a full refund ($~46) sans the shipping and told me to keep both canisters. On the other hand, I have had Amazon direct require me to return a couple cheap halogen bulbs ($~7) that arrived broken.
