Why would you offer a deal when you don't even have these cameras in stock???? That's just wrong and misleading.... As far as I can tell this model Foscam is available and ready to be ordered from Foscam, nothing misleading here. There is no add to card button for this model... just a link to the new 720p version |

If the outdoor is too bright, did you put it on OUTDOOR setting? My webcam never goes in and out on wireless. Did you check for wireless interference from your wireless home phone? Try other channel. Is it something wrong with your router? Dont call anybody for help man. All tech support are bad! This include ATT, BofA, etc Go to the forum and post your questions and somebody will be able to help. My RIG:

As someone else pointed out, their technical support forums are actually pretty good. Some very knowledgeable folks on there for sure. One gentlemen named Don has helped me before and has many posts and info on the forums. We had Ralph on the phone, and he did fix our cameras and set everything up really quickly and nicely for us, but when it came down the actual cameras (like- the minute we got off the phone), they just were just not up to par for us. I will check out the forums though. Two or so hours on the phone the first time is the only reason we haven't called back to fix the recording problems. We bought the cameras, we might as well try to make them work and stay working. lol. |

I got one that as a dust blob in it but running the screen doesnt help. It is thru 1daysale and I got them to ship it back n they refund me the money. OK, now I have 2 models of this and the black one doesnt pan as much down as the white one. Quality control issue. |

The dropcam is not quite the same as these foscams. There's no pan and tilt but it's also much smaller, less conspicuous and setup is instantaneous. It uses the cloud to stream the images, so there's a delay and if you want dropcam to record and store the video for you, there is a monthly fee. However, for a baby monitor or just a very easy way to watch a live video feed, I think it's great and the image quality blows away the foscam I have. |

I urge those who are looking to purchase the foscam to research about their wireless problems. I have the FI8910W for a year now and it can no longer stay connected to the internet for more than a few hours. Not sure why but it seems to be hardware related. Unlike other wireless devices, the foscam camera does not reconnect to the router if it loses signal. The only remedy is to unplug the power wire and reconnect it. Some people have suggested to use static IP addresses, limit the router to G only, and using different wireless channel but I have tried all with no avail.
