Wanting to Upgrade Video Card

I got the $200 coupon from the HP price mistake. My mom needs a new comp just to watch videos. I was thinking about getting a p6-2200z at $220 w/ either a 2GB Nvidia GT630 or a Radeon HD 7570 2GB.

Can I remove it to put into my comp, and give the comp to my mom using the AMD graphics?

Will this setup be fine for just watching vids? AMD E2-3200 dual-core processor [2.4GHz, 1MB L2 Cache] w/ 2GB DDR3-1600MHz SDRAM [1 DIMM]

I believe on-board graphics should be sufficient to watch videos.
The processor is supposed to have a graphics core of an AMD Radeon HD 6370D.

The graphics will be more than enough for your mother and her usage.
To put it into perspective, the graphics would be better from that chip than the average imbedded graphics on economy motherboards, so no gaming capacity, but ample for video, etc.

How heavy the games are.
The budget.
How big a power supply you have, and if too small, the willingness to buy a bigger one.
