Can't Access PM Inbox anymore

When I click on my Private Messages, all I get is a search page for private messages. I can't access my Inbox, unless there are unread messages. Can someone please help? This only started a couple of days ago.

Want to hear something interesting? I just tried to access my PM inbox and I'm getting the same thing again where it's just a search box.

Now I am on my work computer, so when I get home tonight, I will try it again on my home computer.

I think it has to be a problem with the SD site.

Edit: Ok, now I can see my inbox using Firefox. But IE does not work.

Which version of IE are you using? Can you post a screenshot? (I just tried looking at PM's in IE 9 and it worked fine)

I have IE8, using Windows XP and a screen shot is attached. Thanks!

Yep, I have IE8 and Windows XP and my screen is exactly the same as your screen shot.
Sure hope this will be an easy fix - can't upgrade to IE9 with Windows XP and I haven't "burdened" my 6 year old desktop computer with any other browsers!

Unfortunately we don't have access to an IE8/Windows XP setup, and we can't reproduce this with IE9 on windows 7. So other than recommending to use Firefox or Chrome, not much I can tell you. Sorry.

I totally understand, and thank you very much for your reply.

When I made the original post, I wasn't able to access the PM inbox using Avant browser or IE8 on my home computer (can't remember if I tried Firefox). Now I'm able to access PM inbox on both Avant browser and IE8 on my home computer again. Strange! Well at least at work I can still access PM inbox via Firefox so not a big deal.

Memory - hopefully yours will self-fix too. My computer is old too & won't support Windows 7. I built it about 6 years ago. Guess I need to find a good Slickdeal on a new one one of these days. Good luck & I hope you get yours working.

bridgeburner spoke a little too soon, I rigged up a VM and I will be pushing out a change soon that should fix this issue
