Thanks for the reminder - my promotions ended back at end of Sept, but forgot to call in. Am going to try the email route for now and see what I can get done. I do need to add another receiver as my Home Theater is getting close to be completed and need to be able to watch football on my new projector!
The number I use is 1-800-288-2020. Keep hitting 0 until you get to an operator and then ask them to transfer you to retention. They are typically closed on Sundays so you may need to wait till Monday!
Its been over 4 months since I signed up for the service through you and I still have not received my Cash Back that was promised. Maybe you can look into it for me. I tried to PM you but I haven't heard back.
Just wanted to give folks an update - tried to go through the Social Media connection and was only offered $10 off per month for 12 months, no changes. Ended up call the 800# and asking for Retention. The lady I got was real nice and said she couldn't do anything until I mentioned Xfinity! Then she really opened up and offered me U300, all my receivers, plus an extra wireless receiver (4 total), bump from 12 to 18MB inet, all for about $15 less than what I was getting U200, 12MB and 3 receivers.
