The promotion entry period begins on August 5, 2012 at 12:00
a.m. ET and ends on September 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). For
the purposes of this Promotion, a day begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59
p.m. ET

Sweepstakes Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $1,000 OfficeMax gift card. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $1,000.

OfficeMax will also donate $10,000 worth of ImPress Print Center printing to the
school previously designated by the grand prize winner at the time of entry. School
subject to approval by Sponsor.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A $500 OfficeMax gift card. School subject to approval by
