Reminds me of Liberty Stamps by US Postal service. When the price for the first class stamp went up few years ago, someone I know spent nearly $500 and stocked up on the first class stamps. Wonder how many years before he will actually need to buy postal stamps again.

don't they still make you pay extra for the first class stamps because it was the old one? cuz if what you say is the correct, then everyone would be buying up first class stamp now and stock pile.. i recall they had me put in a few cents before.
