begins on _July 7th, 2012 at 08:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PT

open to legal U.S. residents (excluding residents of Rhode Island and residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other United States territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older

Only one entry per email address will be accepted.

PRIZES:

The winner of the Competition will receive the following Prizes, for a total approximate retail value of $4,800

- Two UFC VIP Seat tickets to the UFC 152 event on September 22, 2012 in Toronto, Canada (or another equivalent UFC event to be determined by Sponsor)

- Return transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from Winner’s residence to the UFC event and 2-night hotel accommodation at UFC event.

- Meet & greet for Winner and one (1) guest with the Most Revolutionary Fighter at the UFC event, OR one (1) UFC gift pack
