This. Not a bad price for 4x4GB, but it's not great either. Now if it were 2x8GB, things'd be different.

Most RAM is 1.65V anyways. It should be assumed that it is. It's pretty much only Samsung and G.Skill ECO RAM that is lower.

Not familiar with how 1.65v is a bad thing. Should I cancel these and get 1.5v? I have a 3570k and gigabyte z77 mobo.

Yes, you should get 1.5V.

Corsair has 1.5V RAM as well. I don't know who their OEM is...maybe it's Samsung.

From what I understand, 1.5V is the standard specified by the people who specify such things (JEDEC), but manufacturers routinely make 1.65V because the extra voltage allows you to push for higher clock speeds, lower latencies, etc. So if you get 1.65V and run it at 1.5V, there's no guarantee it will run at the specified speeds. People like to get RAM labeled as 1.5V because it guarantees the listed speeds and if you overclock it, you should be able to get even higher speeds. So basically, the real reason to get 1.65V RAM over 1.5V RAM is higher overclocking ceiling on average.
