Maybe because you did the order without the AV software, the promo code is already used with the account you have. You may need to create a new account (another email) and subscribe for their newsletter and then you can do the order. Unless you need the AV software, I wouldn't cancel the old order. I'm not a fan of Norton so I'm just giving it away.

I already cancelled. I was going to sell norton to a friend for a few bucks. I'm not a fan either.

Well, I think their system probably still marked your account as using that promo code already as they limit one use per account; canceling the order probably doesn't "unmark" it. Your best choice is to create a new account, subscribe to their newsletter with the new account and do the order again.
