Have you read the reviews at the Egg? They are all messed up. One is for the tablet, the other for a hard drive, and the last one for RAM memory.
Actually only one review for this tablet. |

Nexus has no expandable memory; is that correct? If so, you are SOL just like you are with the Ipad. The expandable memory is a distinct advantage of the Acer. I watch many movies on long flights. Where would I put those movies on a Nexus?

Toys R Us has the Acer Iconia a500 16 GB model discounted to $200 (if you can find one at a local store). It took a little calling around but I was able to pick one up yesterday. The a500 has the same specs as the a200 plus some extra stuff like a mini HDMI port and a rear facing camera.

Considering this tablet runs the ancient 2.1.x instead of 2.3.x or the tablet specific 3.x, I'd say this device is vastly out of date & abondonware. While you may find a custom build of 4.x for it, don't expect any official updates, ever.
This hardware is 2 thumbs down for me, I thought it was going to be neck & neck because of the bonuses, until I saw how huge the cons were. PS: Don't compromise on everything just because the screen is bigger people! If you found this advice useful or agree with it, thank-a-brotha!
