yes ofcourse you can contact your credit card company.. believe me you will have to if you purchase this deal.. and that whole process with your credit card company takes weeks and weeks and is it really worth the hassle?? ofcourse you will get your money back.. just may take awhile... it's not worth it.

they process orders fast when they are retail price.. when they are price mistakes they ignore them and never process them for weeks.

From my experience they are OK, and yes they are really slow. Remember to only use paypal in case you need to get money back. Im pulling the trigger on this one. If it doesnt work out I'll order the Wii U version this fall.

Not yet. I emailed them. They replied and told me it was out of stock but would ship when available. This, of course, makes no sense since it's still for sale on their site at full price, but at least it's not canceled.

my guess is they say it is "out of stock" so people will cancel.. let me know how it works out. I want to know if the company has actually changed and honors their prices or not.
