DEAD: Blood Test $20: Complete Blood Count & Lipids (LDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides,...) & Chemistry Panel (kidney & liver functions, AST, ALT,...), Fasting glucose blood sugar
Great price for those who are self insured or under insured or no insurance. Maybe alternative for those with high co-pay health insurance. A friend uses this service for result preview before life insurance's official blood test since it can be done anonymously. Blood is drawn and analyzed at LabCorp, a USA based professional laboratory, publically traded company in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Since my co-pay is higher than $20, I use this promo in CA. Wait time for blood drawn depends on location, appointment can be made online at labcorp. Results in 1-2 days online, or they can snail mail. I do not need to provide any ID, no driver license, no ssn. My doctor prefer fresh results, usually within 30 days
To buy: http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Suppl...-Test.html < << Item nmber LC381822.
For people NOT IN (NY, NJ, RI or MA), requisition form from lef.org email is good for 6 months after order, bring form to labcorp when ready for blood test

Q) Who orders the blood tests for me?
A) Life Extension National Diagnostics, Inc., contracts with physicians who will order your tests but will not diagnose or treat you.
Q) Where do I go to get my blood drawn?
A) Laboratory Corporation of America performs all of our blood draws at no extra charge to you. Simply click Find a Lab Near You to locate the LabCorp Patient Service Center near you. (However, if you live in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island, you will receive a blood draw kit per state law ... and additional draw fees may apply.)
Q) What are the blood test requisition options?
A) Your blood test requisition options are LabCorp requisition form and blood lab kit. If you choose “LabCorp Requisition Form”, you will receive a form to present to a Patient Service Center in your area. The requisition you receive will have all the ordering information necessary for you to have your blood drawn. Please note that this option is not allowed in the states of NY, NJ, RI or MA.
Alternatively, if you choose "Blood Lab Kit", you will receive a kit containing all the necessary blood collection tubes, instructions and pre-paid shipping labels. It will be necessary for you to find a local doctors office, hospital, or local clinic to draw and process your blood. A local draw fee may be incurred.
