Sweepstakes begins on July 31, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “Start Date”) and ends on October 4, 2012 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET.

Open to permanent lawful residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING Puerto Rico and other US territories) who are 13 years or older at time of entry.

Additional Entries: Once an Entry, as described above, is successfully submitted, Entrant will have the opportunity to earn up to three (3) Additional Entries by sharing the video clip on the Website, the Facebook Promotion Website, or the Mobile Website, depending on Method of Entry utilized, through each of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, or Google+. Limit: One share per social media method per Entrant, per day, for a total of no more than three Additional Entries per Entrant, per day.

Limit one Entry per Entrant, per day, and three Additional Entries per Entrant, per day, for a total of four (4) possible Entries per Entrant, per day. Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries submitted on one day will not roll over to be included in subsequent Daily Sweepstakes Periods; however, they will roll-over and be considered for the ongoing Weekly Sweepstakes Period as well as subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Periods.

Total ARV of all Weekly Grand Prizes: $3,000 USD.

Ten (10) Weekly First Prize Winners: Weekly First Prizes will consist of one Spotify Premium Subscription for one year. ARV of each Weekly First Prize: $119.88 USD.
Total ARV of all Weekly First Prizes: $1,198.80.
