Exactly the same price...It's just easier to migrate if you are sticking with T-Mobile.

If you signed up for the classic plan at Costco and immediately cancelled upon receiving the phone how sure are you folks that you won't be charged for the first month? :x

you can do it but I don't think you will get the rebate for the s2. wouldn't you still have to pay the etf for both lines? etf 300 per line?

I believe it would be upgrade for 2 lines but I'm not 100% sure on it, you could call costco to confirm before getting anything. Since it's 2 phones most likely should be upgrade for 2 lines.

I was hoping that I would see a better alternative to my plan. Buy Samsung Nexus from Google ($350+) and get tmobile $30 prepaid plan.

Typically, they'll urge you to keep it for a day or two instead of cancelling right away. It's less of a hassle in the system. So you'll be charged a pro-rated amount.

nvm, I just realized that I'd have to get TWO phones with TWO contracts and then I'd get the MIR on the S2 to cover the price...oh well :-(

I'm someone who rarely uses my cell to actually talk and this plan would be perfect and you can't beat the price! Also with pre-pay I think you only pay tax and no other fees. However, they don't have the S3 as one of the phones you can buy for these plans, only the Galazy blaze...which is not a bad phone, but I really want the S3.

Ok so I would like to get on this deal . I have 5 lines on prepaid boost mobile

My plan is:
Go to Costco sign up for classic family plan and get :
2 GS3 at $179 each
2 GS2 at $149 each <<== will be free after rebate
1 SG3 at $229

After activations at costco go home and do:

Call T-Mobile activations to request a migration to the Value plan
Pay $200 fee for each line

Now my questions:

1. Will the rebate for the 2 SG2 still valid ? Or rebate is voided by now.
2. Beside $200 fee charge by T-Mobile for each line. Will costco charge me any fee for breaking/changing the contract ?
