I loaded my card up with $25 ... does that count as a "reload"?
To answer your question correctly, yes, it does count as a "reload".

Don't expect to get the $10 though because it's obviously not an "auto-reload".

Ok, so I have to wait for an auto-reload of $25 to get the $10? Therefore, it's basically a spend $50, get $10 promo?

No. The deal is the same for everyone: Auto-reload for $25, Get $10 free.

Is that possible on Android? I only see the option to reload at a certain balance, not date.

Don't see the option to reload on set date. Explain.

I apologize, I was checking online & not on my Droid. I assume you can change your preferences online if you wanted, but don't quote me on that. Maybe someone who's already set the auto-reload can check & see?
You are correct, smarter, after you set up auto-reload you can sign in to your account online and specify that auto-reload occurs at/below a certain balance or on a selected day every month.

But from the Android app, you can only specify that auto-reload occurs based on the balance (no date option).

I get "We are experiencing an error. Please try again later." with the iOS app when I confirm the auto-reload. After I reset the app and try again, the card balance hasn't changed and the same thing happens.

I tossed my empty star bucks card. Does it work if I don't have a card already?

Not bad, just another $10 to add to the free $120 worth of gift cards I've gotten from the previous 50% Starbucks gift cards Google Offers deal a while back! Free Starbucks is good!

So does the original load count as a 'suto-reload' as I did select auto-reload when I signed up on Android, however, that is an original load and not an 'auto-reload' as I look at it. I am now totally confused by the conversation between 1stbuy and Purplelogic. Sorry. :/

I'm still wondering if we have the option to turn off auto reload after we get the bonus because I don't want to be stuck with $25 auto reloads after certain dates or dropping below certain amounts

I used to use auto reload but not now. Will this work for me too? Anyone knows how they define "new customers"? Thanks!

You can cancel auto reload by logging in via your laptops browser. Go to card management, set auto reload. On that screen there is an option to stop auto reload.
