I don't think your pre-order price changes until they ship; then they will give you the lowest price since you placed the order, I'm pretty sure about this. But I will advise one thing, keep an eye on the item for a couple days after a pre-order ships. They sometimes drop the price and I always email them to complain and they adjust the price even though it is not their official policy to do so.

I hope that that is not the real cover for the book. I'd rather it look more like the Japanese version with shiny gold-plated text and no pictures on the cover.

Got mine today and it was in awful condition. Box was fine, so it clearly wasn't damaged during shipping. All 4 corners on the top and 3 of them on the back were badly dented. The bottom side of the front also had a big dent in the middle. Seeing as how I kind of bought this as a collectible, I'm returning to Amazon and requesting a new one, in better condition.

Anyone else who got their pre-order have issues with the condition of the book?

Tempting. Was a huge Zelda fan since NES days. But barely any played after Ocarina of Time. Seems like a cool game collectors item for only $20.

I ordered mine as a gift and had them gift wrap it in hopes that it will ensure it comes in excellent condition. Will find out today.
