Yea Sales tax is always a killer. Some people might be lucky with non sales tax states. |

Amazon dropped the price on the Pro9000 printer to $340. That puts the cost of the T3i with 18-55mm kit lens + Pro9000 printer + 55-250mm lens at less than $1090 before the $400 rebate.
Warning - Amazon frequently changes the price on the printer, so if you want this deal, don't hesitate. |

This has improved significantly, but only a slight upside now when all is said and done...if this were June, I'd jump, but now taxes are collected ($90). |

I am concerned it might be the combination of two offers or promotions: the printer $400 MIR is combined with the lens $150 promotion.
In the terms of offer:"Neither the Pro9000 Mark II nor the Pro9000 Mark II and Digital SLR or PowerShot American Express Reward Card offers can be combined with any other printer offer or promotion." Do you guys think Canon will honor this $400 MIR? |

Sour grapes here. I posted the great new price on this deal many hours ago in the appropriate place - basically an update to this combo from a day or two ago. Somebody then starts a new post of the deal and that gets many pages of responses. I guess it's a case of building a better mousetrap but not mktg it correctly.
