I heard bad reviews about these batteries too. Well, I think they are bunk. I just got back from a cruise and took 1,200 photos. Using a 4 battery Nikon L120 with image stabilization and about 500mm zoom, my first set of batteries lasted 400 photos, Next set went to 300 plus photos but I was using my flash a lot. Third set got 250 photos and about 1/2 hour of video. My 4th set took about 250 photos with flashes and that set of batteries is still cranking in my camera.

What I don't recommend is Radio Shack batteries. Last year they had a $10 sale for their own batteries so I bought 4 packs of 20. What garbage. I never got more than 50 shots per set of batteries.

Bottom line, I used these batteries and would recommend them.

I LOVE radioshack batteries, they are cheap and I find they last just as long as the name brands.

I put in two separate orders last night and picked them today. I am also filling out the Proctor & Gamble rebate for $5 after buying $25 in P&G goods (ie Duracell batteries) Hope this helps.
