Customers will be required to provide proof of eligibility to Adobe in order to use an Adobe Student and Teacher Edition. If you are not eligible when your status is checked, you will not receive a serial number to activate the product and will be unable to use the software.

good price. too bad i got mine straight from adobe for $59 last week. i've bought software from them in the past (student/teacher) so i was not required to submit additional proof. not sure how the process works if bought outside of adobe. i know the newegg process was horrible for me.
